This is a classic Carpenter Gothic style house with a gorgeous interior featuring artworks and cozy wooden charm. You can also dine on their patio and enjoy the amazing mountain views.
Their food menu isn’t big but the choices are divine! Be sure to try one of their premium sandwiches with an appetizer of their deviled eggs or a salad.

Westy’s Tap & Tavern (Westbound & Down Aspen)
Previously Aspen Tap Brewing Company, Westy’s is a trendy new reopening featuring great food like delicious pizza, salads and appetizers paired with yummy craft cocktails and beer selection.
The atmosphere inside is a warm and welcoming modern style. There is also outdoor patio seating for those who want to enjoy a cold one with a classic Aspen mountain view.

Aspen Public House
Aspen Public House has a classy atmosphere with a vintage feel giving a Great Gatsby sort of energy. It is a mix of Victorian and Colonial style offering beers, wines and cocktails along with a delicious food menu.
This bar and restaurant is a great place to check out if you’re looking for a charming setting along with your lunch or dinner. A modern gastropub located in the heart of downtown Aspen, Public House’s culinary program is run by executive chef Douglas Lopez. The cuisine gives a fine dining experience at low prices!

Ajax Tavern
Ajax Tavern is a casual fine dining experience, located at the base of the slopes next to the Silver Queen Gondola. The atmosphere here is top notch – beautiful views paired with lots of people watching opportunities. The perfect place to have a drink to refresh after hitting the slopes and having a great time!
There is a wide wine collection here as well as other local beers featured on their menu. Try the Ajax wagyu double cheeseburger paired with truffle fries – both they are famous for!

Highlands Alehouse
This Aspen Brewery is a beautiful rustic lodge type atmosphere with gorgeous views at the base of the Aspen Highlands while sipping a nice cold beer and grub after a long hike or day of skiing.
Their kitchen menu consists of comfort food like sandwiches, burgers, salads, bowls and pizza. There’s also a lot of vegetarian options and substitutions which I personally always appreciate. With 16 beers on tap, great wines, specialty beers and more this is a fantastic little brewery for some relaxation after enjoying Colorado’s stunning mountains.
